Login History Module - User Guide

The Login History module allows administrators to monitor and review all user login activities within the CRM. It serves as an essential security and auditing tool, helping admins identify unusual access patterns, track user sessions, and ensure organizational data remains protected.

The Login History Log

The Login History Log displays a complete record of all user session activities. Each entry includes the following details:

  • User Name: The account holder who initiated the login session.
  • User IP Address: The IP address used to access the CRM, useful for tracking session origins or identifying unauthorized locations.
  • Sign-in Time: The precise date and time the user logged in.
  • Sign-out Time: The date and time the user logged out (this may be blank if the session is still active).
  • Status: Indicates the user’s current state, such as Signed In or Signed Off.

This log provides admins with full visibility into login patterns, helping to identify active sessions or detect potential security issues.

Filtering the Activity Log

The Filter feature allows administrators to focus on specific user activity for auditing or troubleshooting purposes.

  • All Users: Displays the complete login history for every user in the CRM (default view).
  • Specific User: Select an individual user from the dropdown to view only their login sessions.

Using these filters helps streamline the monitoring process, enabling admins to quickly locate relevant data or investigate anomalies.
