Smarter Forms with Conditional Layouts
The Conditional Layouts module in Zaris CRM helps you create dynamic, rule-based field layouts that adapt to your data entry process. Instead of showing the same fields to everyone, you can display or hide fields based on conditions making forms cleaner, faster, and more accurate.
This ensures users see only what’s relevant, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
Module Path – Conditional Layouts
You can access the Conditional Layouts settings directly from the CRM navigation. Simply go to:
- Home → Settings → Other Settings → Conditional Layouts
From this section, you can create and manage conditional rules to control field visibility, dependencies, and layout adjustments for different modules.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Conditional Layouts
The Conditional Layouts module is designed with a simple, guided process that ensures anyone can set up dynamic layouts without technical expertise. By following these steps, you can define conditions, apply tasks, and customize how fields appear in your CRM. Each step is supported with clear instructions and visuals, making the setup smooth and error-free.
Step 1: Enter Basic Details
In CRM settings, under Other Settings, open the Conditional Layouts module.
Select the Module where you want to apply the conditional layout (e.g., Leads, Opportunities).
Add a short Description to identify the layout’s purpose.
Step 2: Set Conditions
Define the rules that determine when fields should appear or remain hidden. You can choose between two types of conditions:
All Conditions (Cond1): All specified conditions must be met.
Any Condition (Cond2): At least one condition must be satisfied.
This ensures maximum flexibility whether you’re building simple or complex rules.
Step 3: Add Task & Finalize
Click on Add Task to open a popup. Here, you can:
Define the task details.
Attach the fields that should appear when the conditions are met.
Save and preview your setup.
Once done, the layout will automatically apply in the selected module based on your conditions.
