Conditional Layouts

Smarter Forms with Conditional Layouts

The Conditional Layouts module in Zaris CRM helps you create dynamic, rule-based field layouts that adapt to your data entry process. Instead of showing the same fields to everyone, you can display or hide fields based on conditions making forms cleaner, faster, and more accurate.

This ensures users see only what’s relevant, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

Step 2: Set Conditions

Define the rules that determine when fields should appear or remain hidden. You can choose between two types of conditions:

  • All Conditions (Cond1): All specified conditions must be met.

  • Any Condition (Cond2): At least one condition must be satisfied.

This ensures maximum flexibility whether you’re building simple or complex rules.
