Search, filter, and manage milestones with built-in tools and perform quick actions directly from the list view.

The main list displays key information such as Milestone Number, Milestone Name, CRM Source, Milestone Date, Description, Created Time, and Modified Time. Users can efficiently manage milestone records through built-in search, filtering, customization, and quick action tools, ensuring seamless project tracking and administration.

Users can seamlessly navigate between milestones and access complete record details when needed, improving efficiency and project tracking.

The Detail View provides full milestone information related project, assigned team, source, dates, and custom fields. Linked tasks and project records help you monitor impact on overall delivery.
- Comprehensive milestone details with lifecycle stages (Administrative, Operative, Other).
- Related To links the milestone to its parent project record.
- Edit in the header keeps timelines and deliverables accurate.
Editing a project milestone
Open a milestone record and click Edit in the header to update name, date, description, type, assignee, and related project. Save changes so timelines and deliverables stay accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
Quick Create Project Milestone
Add milestones from the list header with required name, related project, assignee, optional milestone date, and color then Save to log instantly or open the full form for advanced fields.
- Project Milestone Name and Related To are required.
- Assigned To routes ownership to a user or group.
- Milestone Date and Color optional for calendar and visual cues.
